Product Specifications

15kV 3-core 300mm² armored Power Cable, rated voltage 8.7/15kV. Conductor complies with GB/T3956 stranded aluminum, XLPE insulation thickness 4.5mm, armored with galvanized Steel Tape, outer sheath PVC or PE material. Continuous operating temperature 90℃, short-circuit temperature 250℃ (max 5s), minimum bending radius 15D (D=cable diameter).

Manufacturing Process

1. Conductor stranding with 54-die frame strander for perfect roundness

2. Triple-layer co-extrusion for insulation (thickness tolerance ≤10%)

3. Armor layer with 45° cross winding technology

4. Final products pass partial discharge (≤10pC), power frequency withstand voltage (22kV/30min) tests
