12.7/22kV copper Medium voltage cable compliant with IEC 60502-2. Class 2 tinned copper Stranded Conductor (35-500mm²). Three insulation options: XLPE(4.5mm), PVC(5.0mm), PUR(4.8mm). Overall diameter 40-85mm, weight 3.5-12kg/m. Rated temperature: XLPE 90℃, PVC 70℃, PUR 80℃.

Manufacturing Process

4. Final tests include partial discharge (≤5pC), water immersion voltage test (3.5U0/4h)
