This XLPE copper Power Cable is designed with 4 Cores and includes various cross-sectional specifications: 50 sq mm, 70 sq mm, 95 sq mm, and 120 sq mm. Among them, the single-core conductor diameter of the 50 Sq mm Cable is approximately 8.0 mm, and the overall outer diameter of the cable is approximately 18.5 mm; the single-core conductor diameter of the 70 sq mm cable is approximately 9.5 mm, and the overall outer diameter is approximately 21.0 mm; the single-core conductor diameter of the 95 sq mm cable is approximately 11.0 mm, and the overall outer diameter is approximately 23.5 mm; the single-core conductor diameter of the 120 sq mm cable is approximately 12.0 mm, and the overall outer diameter is approximately 25.5 mm.
The rated voltage of the cable is 0.6/1kV, the long-term allowable operating temperature is 90℃, and the maximum conductor temperature during a short circuit (maximum duration of 5 seconds) does not exceed 250℃. When laying, the ambient temperature is not lower than 0℃. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, preheating measures must be taken. There are clear requirements for the bending radius of the cable. The bending radius during laying is not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the bending radius when fixing is not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

This cable has good electrical and mechanical properties and is suitable for various scenarios. In the industrial field, it can be used for power transmission in factory workshops to provide stable electricity for various large mechanical equipment; in the construction industry, it can meet the power supply needs of high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, etc., and can be used as a main cable or branch cable; in municipal engineering, it is suitable for power transmission systems such as urban road lighting and underground pipe corridors.
Due to its excellent insulation performance, it can also be used in relatively harsh environments such as humid and dusty places, such as underground parking lots and sewage treatment plants. (III) Material and Style

The conductor of the cable is made of high-purity electrolytic copper with a purity of more than 99.95%, which has excellent conductivity and can effectively reduce losses during power transmission. The insulation layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which has excellent insulation performance, heat resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. It is not easy to age after long-term use and can ensure the safe and stable operation of the cable.
The sheath of the cable is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which has good wear resistance, weather resistance, and mechanical strength. It can effectively protect the internal structure of the cable from external mechanical damage and environmental erosion. The cable is of a circular style, made by stranding 4 Cores, with a black appearance and a smooth surface, which is convenient for laying and installation.
(IV) Production Process
The production of the cable goes through multiple rigorous processes. First is conductor drawing and stranding. The electrolytic copper rod is drawn multiple times to make Copper Wires of the required diameter, and then multiple copper wires are stranded into a single-core conductor according to a certain stranding process. During the stranding process, the pitch is strictly controlled to ensure the roundness and stability of the conductor.
Next is insulation extrusion. Special extrusion equipment is used to evenly coat the XLPE material on the surface of the conductor to form an insulation layer. During the extrusion process, parameters such as temperature and pressure are precisely controlled to ensure that the insulation layer has a uniform thickness and no bubbles or impurities. Then cross-linking treatment is carried out, and the molecular structure of XLPE is cross-linked by heating to improve its heat resistance and mechanical properties.
Finally, sheath extrusion is performed, in which PVC material is extruded and coated outside the insulation layer to form a sheath. During the production process, each process is equipped with online testing equipment to monitor the diameter, thickness, appearance, etc. of the cable in real-time to ensure that the product quality meets the standards.
II. General Product Information
(I) Packaging
The cable is packaged with wooden reels. The wooden reels are made of high-quality pine wood, which has sufficient strength to bear the weight of the cable and external forces during transportation. Cables of different specifications are wound according to their lengths. Cables of 50 sq mm and 70 sq mm can be wound 500 meters per reel, and cables of 95 sq mm and 120 sq mm can be wound 400 meters per reel.
During the winding process, the cables are arranged neatly with uniform tension to avoid loosening or excessive stretching. Both sides of the wooden reel are equipped with iron flanges for easy hoisting and transportation. The packaging is marked with product name, specification, length, weight, manufacturer, etc., and is accompanied by a product certificate and quality inspection report.
(II) Transportation
During transportation, appropriate transportation methods can be selected according to the order quantity and transportation distance. Small batch transportation can use truck transportation, and large batch transportation can choose railway freight or waterway transportation. During transportation, it is necessary to avoid severe collision, extrusion, exposure to sunlight and rain of the cables.
When loading the cables, the wooden reels should be placed stably and fixed firmly to prevent rolling or dumping during transportation. The transport vehicle should drive smoothly to avoid sudden braking and sharp turns. For long-distance transportation, it is necessary to regularly check whether the cable packaging is intact and deal with problems in time.
(III) Delivery
For cables in stock, delivery will be arranged within 24 hours after receiving the customer's order and confirming the payment. If customized production is required, the production cycle depends on the order quantity, generally 7-15 days, and delivery will be made in time after production is completed.
Before delivery, the staff will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the cables to ensure that the product quality is qualified and the packaging is intact. After delivery, the logistics information (such as the name of the logistics company, waybill number, etc.) will be promptly informed to the customer to facilitate the customer to track the transportation status of the goods.
(IV) Samples
If customers need, they can apply to the company for samples. The sample specifications are consistent with the actual products, and customers need to pay the sample fee and freight. The sample fee can be refunded after the customer places a formal order of a certain amount later.
The production and delivery cycle of samples is generally 3-5 days, and they are strictly inspected before being sent out. After receiving the samples, if customers have any questions or opinions, they can communicate with the company in time.
(V) After-Sales Service
The company provides perfect after-sales service for the cable. The product warranty period is 5 years. During the warranty period, if there is a fault due to the product's own quality problems, the company is responsible for free repair or replacement.
If customers encounter any problems during use, they can contact the after-sales customer service by phone, email, etc. The customer service staff will respond within 2 hours and provide solutions according to the problem situation. If on-site service is needed, the company will arrange technical personnel to arrive at the site within 48 hours (except for remote areas).
