Technical Specification for Steel Wire Armoured (SWA) Aluminum Power Cable 16mm²/25mm²/35mm²

1. Product Overview

This SWA Aluminum Cable series includes 16mm², 25mm² and 35mm² sizes for 0.6/1kV systems. With XLPE insulation + galvanized Steel Tape + PVC Sheath, it complies with IEC 60502 and GB/T 12706 for mechanical protection applications.

2. Construction

Conductor: Class 2 stranded Al (IEC 60228)
Insulation: XLPE (1.4mm@16mm²)
Inner sheath: PVC (1.2mm)
Armour: Dual steel tape (0.2mm/layer, ≤50% gap)
Outer sheath: Black PVC (2.0mm)
