This structure significantly improves the mechanical strength of the cable, enabling it to have excellent tensile performance and not easy to break when subjected to tensile force during laying; at the same time, the wear resistance is also greatly enhanced, which can resist external friction and collision. Application Scenarios
4X25mm² to 4X70mm²: Suitable for power supply of small and medium-sized equipment, such as small machine tools, fans, water pumps and other equipment in factories. At the same time, they can also be used for building branch lines, such as branch power distribution lines in office buildings and commercial buildings, to provide power support for electrical equipment in various areas.
4X95mm² and above specifications: Can carry industrial-grade high-power equipment. Large equipment with high power, such as large compressors and large production lines, require a large current supply, and cables of these specifications can transmit electricity stably. In factory power distribution, they are used as main power distribution lines to connect transformers and various power distribution areas; in municipal engineering, they are used in main lines of urban road lighting systems, power transmission lines of sewage treatment plants, etc.; in energy stations, they are widely used in fields such as outgoing lines of small Power Stations and power distribution lines of substations.
Material
Conductor Material: The conductor is made of high-purity aluminum with a purity of more than 99.5%. High-purity aluminum can ensure its good conductivity and reduce energy loss during current transmission. At the same time, in order to enhance the mechanical properties of the Aluminum Conductor, the conductors of some models use aluminum alloy materials. By adding a small amount of other metal elements to aluminum, the strength and toughness of the conductor are improved, making it less likely to break during processing and use.
Insulation Layer Material: The insulation layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) material, which has excellent insulation performance and high insulation resistance. It can effectively prevent current leakage and ensure the safety of power transmission. XLPE material also has good temperature resistance, and can work normally in the temperature range of -40℃ to 90℃, adapting to temperature changes in different environments. In addition, it has good chemical stability and is not easy to be corroded by chemical substances, which can extend the service life of the insulation layer.
Armoring Layer Material: The armoring layer is made of high-strength galvanized steel wire. The diameter of the steel wire varies according to the cable specification, generally between 1.0-2.0mm. Outer Sheath Material: The outer sheath is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, which is tightly wrapped around the outside of the armoring layer. Style
Aluminum Core Conductor Production: First, the aluminum ingot is smelted to remove impurities and improve the purity of aluminum. Then, the aluminum rod is made through the continuous casting and rolling process, and then the aluminum rod is drawn into Aluminum Wires with the required diameter through the wire drawing process. During the wire drawing process, the drawing speed and die size are strictly controlled to ensure that the diameter of the Aluminum Wire is uniform. After that, multiple aluminum wires are stranded to form an aluminum core conductor. The stranding process can improve the flexibility and mechanical strength of the conductor. Insulation Layer Extrusion: An extruder is used to heat and melt the XLPE Insulation Material, and then evenly coat it on the outside of the aluminum core conductor. During the extrusion process, the extrusion temperature, pressure and speed are accurately controlled to ensure that the thickness of the insulation layer is uniform and there are no defects such as bubbles and impurities. The thickness of the insulation layer is determined according to the rated voltage and specification of the cable to ensure that its insulation performance meets the requirements. After extrusion, the insulation layer is cross-linked. By heating, the XLPE molecules form a three-dimensional network structure, which improves the temperature resistance and mechanical properties of the insulation layer.
Cabling Process: The 4 Cores wrapped with insulation layers are cabled according to a certain stranding direction and pitch. During the cabling process, appropriate filling materials are filled between the cores to make the cable structure round and play a buffering role. During cabling, it is necessary to ensure that the cores are arranged neatly and the tension is uniform to avoid mutual friction between the cores and damage to the insulation layer.
Steel Wire Armoring: Steel wire armoring is carried out on the outside of the cabled core. A special armoring machine is used to wind the galvanized steel wire around the outside of the core at a certain angle and pitch. The steel wires are closely arranged to form a continuous armoring layer. During the winding process, the tension and winding angle of the steel wire are controlled to ensure that the armoring layer is uniform, firm and closely combined with the core.
Outer Sheath Extrusion: Finally, the PVC outer sheath is extruded on the outside of the armoring layer. Similarly, the PVC material is heated and melted by an extruder and coated on the outside of the armoring layer. The extrusion parameters are controlled to ensure that the sheath thickness is uniform, the surface is smooth, it is closely combined with the armoring layer, and there is no delamination. After the outer sheath extrusion is completed, the cable is cooled and shaped to make its shape stable.
Finished Product Inspection: The finished cable needs to undergo a series of strict inspections. Including appearance inspection to check whether the surface of the cable is smooth, whether there is damage, and whether the armoring is uniform; size inspection to measure whether the conductor diameter, insulation layer thickness, armoring layer thickness, outer sheath thickness, etc. meet the standards; electrical performance inspection to test indicators such as insulation resistance and voltage resistance; mechanical performance inspection to test the tensile strength and bending performance of the cable. Only cables that pass all inspection items can leave the factory.
Packaging Method: Different packaging methods are adopted according to the specification and length of the cable. For relatively thin cables such as 4X25mm² to 4X70mm², they are usually packaged in rolls, and each roll is generally 100 meters or 200 meters long. The cable is neatly wound on a wooden or steel reel. The diameter and width of the reel are designed according to the specification and length of the cable to ensure that the cable will not be over-squeezed during winding. For thicker cables of 4X95mm² and above, each roll is generally 50 meters or 100 meters long, which is also wound on a reel. The reel has higher strength to bear the weight of the cable.
Packaging Materials: The reel is made of high-quality wooden or steel materials. The wooden reel is light and has a certain buffering performance, and the steel reel has higher strength and is suitable for heavier cables. The side plates of the reel are provided with reinforcing ribs to enhance the load-bearing capacity of the reel. After the cable is wound, it is wrapped with a layer of waterproof plastic film to prevent the cable from getting damp. A label is fixed on the outside of the reel, which details the cable's model, specification, length, production date, manufacturer, execution standard and other information.
Packaging Marks: In addition to the information on the label, the product's trademark and relevant certification marks, such as the CCC certification mark, are printed in prominent positions on the reel to indicate that the product meets relevant standards and quality requirements. At the same time, some warning signs such as "Do not invert", "Handle with care", "Moisture-proof and sun-proof" are also marked to remind transport and storage personnel to pay attention to relevant matters.
Transportation Method: Choose a suitable transportation method according to the transportation distance and the number of cables. For domestic short-distance transportation, truck transportation is generally used. For a small number of cables, small trucks can be used; for a large number of cables, large trucks or trailers are used. For long-distance transportation, railway transportation or long-distance road transportation can be chosen. Railway transportation is suitable for large quantities and long-distance transportation with good stability. During transportation, it is necessary to ensure that the cable reels are fixed firmly to avoid rolling and collision.
Transportation Precautions: The transport vehicle should be kept clean and dry to prevent the cable from getting damp and contaminated with debris. When loading the cable, the reels should be placed upright and fixed firmly with ropes or brackets to prevent tipping and collision during transportation. Cables of different specifications should be stacked separately to avoid mutual extrusion. During transportation, avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature environments to prevent aging of the cable outer sheath; at the same time, avoid transportation in rainy and snowy weather. If it is unavoidable, take rainproof measures. During transportation, sharp braking and sharp turning should be minimized to reduce the impact on the cable.
Loading and Unloading Requirements: When loading and unloading cables, special hoisting equipment such as cranes and forklifts should be used. It is strictly forbidden to manually drag or roll the reels. When hoisting, the lifting tool should be hung on the special lifting holes of the reel to keep the reel lifted and placed stably to avoid reel deformation or cable damage. Handle with care during loading and unloading to avoid violent collision.
Delivery Process: After the customer places an order, the sales staff will confirm the order information with the customer in time, including cable model, specification, quantity, delivery address, delivery time, etc. After confirmation, the order information is transmitted to the warehouse. Warehouse managers prepare goods according to the order information, check the prepared cables, check whether the model, specification and quantity are consistent with the order, and check whether the appearance and packaging of the cable are intact. After the goods are prepared, notify the logistics department to arrange transport vehicles and go through relevant delivery procedures, such as issuing delivery orders and delivery notes. Before delivery, the delivery information is timely fed back to the customer, including transport vehicle information and estimated arrival time.
Delivery Time: For regular specification cables in stock, delivery is generally completed within 1-3 working days after the order is confirmed; for cables that need to be produced, the delivery time is determined according to the production cycle. The production cycle is usually 7-15 working days, and the specific time varies according to the order quantity and specification. Delivery is arranged immediately after production is completed. In case of delivery delay due to special circumstances, the customer will be contacted in advance to explain the reason and negotiate a new delivery time.
Delivery Tracking: After delivery, the logistics department will track the transportation of the goods and know the position and driving status of the transport vehicle through GPS positioning and other methods. If abnormal transportation is found, communicate with the transport driver in time to deal with it. At the same time, timely feedback the transportation progress of the goods to the customer, so that the customer can keep abreast of the dynamics of the goods.
Sample Provision: To facilitate customers to understand product quality and performance, the company provides sample services. Customers can apply for cable samples of required specifications according to their needs. The length of the sample is generally 1-2 meters, which can meet the customer's inspection needs for the appearance, structure and material of the cable.
Sample Fee: The samples themselves are provided free of charge, but the customer shall bear the transportation cost of the samples. For customers with strong intentions or long-term cooperative customers, the transportation cost can be negotiated and reduced or exempted.

Return and Exchange Policy: If the received cable has wrong model, wrong specification or serious quality problems, the customer can apply for return and exchange within 7 working days after receiving the goods and provide relevant supporting materials. After verification by the company, return or exchange will be arranged, and the relevant transportation costs will be borne by the company. If the return or exchange is caused by the customer's own reasons, such as wrong order information or no longer needing the product, the customer shall bear the round-trip transportation costs, and the cable shall be kept in an intact and unused state.
