During the extrusion process, the temperature (usually 150-180°C), pressure and extrusion speed are accurately controlled to ensure that the insulation layer has a uniform thickness (the insulation layer thickness of 210mm² cable is not less than 0.8mm, and that of 216mm² cable is not less than 1.0mm), and the surface is smooth without defects such as bubbles and impurities. The uniformity of the insulation layer directly affects the insulation performance of the cable and is a key link to ensure electricity safety.
Then is the cabling process. The two cores with insulation layers are cabled according to a certain stranding method to make the cable structure more stable. During cabling, filling materials (such as polypropylene rope) can be added as needed to make the cable shape more round and facilitate subsequent sheath processing.
Finally, the sheath processing (some cables may omit this step and directly use the insulation layer as the outer layer). If there is a sheath, PVC material is also used, which is coated on the outside of the cabled core through an extruder. After extrusion, the cable is cooled and shaped in a cooling water tank, and then printed, cut and wound.
During the production process, multiple quality inspections are required. Such as testing the aluminum core diameter, insulation layer thickness, insulation resistance, voltage withstand performance, etc., to ensure that each batch of cables meets relevant standards. Only cables that pass the inspection can be sold in the market.

II. General Product Information

(I) Packaging

To ensure the integrity of the cables during transportation and storage, the packaging design of these two types of DC power cables focuses on protection and convenience.
For coiled cables (each coil is usually 100 meters or 200 meters long), hard paper reels are used for packaging. The paper reels are made of high-strength cardboard and can bear the weight of the cables. (II) Transportation

The transportation of cables needs to choose appropriate methods according to the quantity and distance, and take good protective measures to ensure safe delivery.
In terms of transportation methods, small trucks are used for small batches and short-distance transportation (such as intra-city distribution). Small trucks have high flexibility and can be directly delivered to the construction site or the customer's designated warehouse. For large batches and long-distance transportation, large trucks or logistics lines are selected to reduce transportation costs. During transportation, mixing with sharp and corrosive items is avoided to prevent damage to the cables.
Protective measures during transportation are crucial. Cables should be placed flat during loading and must not be tilted or inverted. Cables packaged with paper reels should be fixed firmly to prevent rolling and collision during transportation. When transporting in rainy days, the cables must be completely covered with rainproof cloth to avoid being soaked by rainwater. When transporting in high-temperature weather, try to avoid the cables being exposed to the sun for a long time. Transportation can be carried out in cool periods to prevent the PVC insulation layer from aging due to high temperature.
Special tools (such as forklifts) are used when loading and unloading cables. Manual dragging or throwing is strictly prohibited. The loading and unloading process should be handled with care to protect the cable packaging and the cable itself from damage.

(III) Shipment

The shipment process is standardized and orderly to ensure that the cables are delivered to customers in a timely and accurate manner. The specific steps are as follows:
Order confirmation: After receiving the customer's order, the sales staff checks the cable model, specification, quantity, delivery address, delivery time and other information to ensure consistency with the customer's needs. At the same time, the payment status is confirmed, and the payment or advance payment is collected in accordance with the contract agreement.
Stock preparation: Warehouse managers retrieve the corresponding cables from the inventory according to the order information and check whether the cable packaging is intact and the marks are clear. Cargo tracking: After shipment, the transportation status of the goods is tracked in real time and fed back to the customer in a timely manner. If abnormalities (such as delays, damage) occur during transportation, communication with the transporter is carried out immediately to solve the problem, and the customer is informed of the progress of the handling.
