The cable adopts a 4-core structure, including 3 main wires of 10mm² and 1
Ground Wire of 6mm². The main wire conductor is made of multi-strand
Copper Wire stranded, and the diameter of a single main wire conductor is about 3.5mm; the diameter of the ground wire conductor is about 2.5mm. After adding the cross-linked PE insulation layer and low smoke halogen-free LSZH sheath, the overall outer diameter of the cable is about 12-14mm.
In terms of electrical performance, its rated voltage is 0.6/1kV, which is suitable for low-voltage distribution systems. Style Design

4 Cores are arranged in order, and the outer layer is wrapped with a cross-linked PE insulation layer and a low smoke halogen-free LSZH sheath in turn, with a flat and smooth appearance. (IV) Production Process
Conductor Stranding
First, the copper raw materials are strictly screened to ensure that their purity and physical properties meet the requirements. The copper material is drawn into copper wires of specified diameter through wire drawing equipment. During the wire drawing process, the wire drawing speed and die precision are accurately controlled to ensure uniform diameter of copper wires. Then, according to a specific stranding process, multiple copper wires are respectively stranded to form conductors of 10mm² and 6mm². A regular stranding method is adopted during stranding to ensure that the copper wires are arranged closely with uniform tension, and the stranding pitch is controlled within a reasonable range to ensure the conductivity and flexibility of the conductor. After stranding, the conductor is subjected to surface cleaning treatment to remove oil and impurities on the surface.
Cross-Linked PE Insulation Layer Extrusion
The cross-linked PE material is pretreated to remove moisture and impurities to avoid affecting the insulation performance. The treated material is sent to the extruder and melted and plasticized at high temperature. The molten cross-linked PE material is evenly coated on the surface of the copper conductor through a special extrusion die to form an insulation layer. During the extrusion process, the extrusion temperature, pressure and speed are strictly controlled to ensure that the insulation layer has a uniform thickness, is closely combined with the conductor, and has no defects such as bubbles and pinholes. After that, the insulation layer is cross-linked, usually by dry cross-linking, so that the PE molecules form a stable three-dimensional network structure, enhancing the temperature resistance and mechanical strength of the insulation layer.
Cabling
Three 10mm² main wires and one 6mm² ground wire covered with cross-linked PE insulation layers are cabled in a certain order. A cabling machine is used for cabling to ensure that each core wire is in a stable position with uniform tension. To make the cable structure more round, appropriate filling materials can be filled between the core wires, and the filling materials need to have certain flexibility and insulation. After cabling, the cable core is wrapped and fixed with wrapping tape to prevent the core wires from loosening.
Low Smoke Halogen-Free LSZH Sheath Extrusion
The low smoke halogen-free LSZH sheath material is dried to remove moisture from the material. The treated material is added to the extruder and melted at high temperature. The molten LSZH material is evenly coated on the cabled core through an extrusion die to form a sheath layer. The extrusion process parameters are controlled to ensure that the sheath layer has a uniform thickness, a smooth surface and is closely combined with the cable core. After extrusion, the cable is cooled and shaped to ensure the stable shape of the sheath layer.
Finished Product Inspection
Finished cables need to go through a series of strict inspection processes. The appearance inspection mainly checks whether the sheath surface is smooth, whether there is damage and whether the marks are clear; the size measurement includes conductor diameter, insulation layer and sheath layer thickness, cable outer diameter, etc. to ensure that they meet the specification requirements; the electrical performance test covers insulation resistance test, voltage withstand test, etc. to verify the insulation performance and electrical safety of the cable; the mechanical performance test includes tensile strength, elongation at break, etc. to detect the mechanical strength of the cable; in addition, low smoke halogen-free performance tests such as smoke density test and toxicity index test are also required to ensure the environmental protection and safety performance of the sheath. Packaging Materials
The cable is packaged with cable reels, which are divided into wooden and steel types. Wooden cable reels have low cost and light weight, which are suitable for short-distance transportation and small-batch delivery, and their materials are environmentally friendly and recyclable. Steel cable reels have high strength and strong bearing capacity, can bear large weight and pressure, are suitable for long-distance transportation and large-batch delivery, and can be reused with a long service life.
After the cable is wound on the cable reel, it will be wrapped with a plastic film as a whole. The plastic film can play the role of moisture-proof and dust-proof, and protect the cable surface from pollution and damage. For cables that need to be stored for a long time or exported, a layer of linen cloth is covered outside the plastic film to further enhance the protection effect and prevent the cable from being worn during storage and transportation.
Packaging Methods
When packaging, the cable is neatly wound on the cable reel, and appropriate tension is maintained during winding to avoid loose or excessive stretching of the cable. After winding, the cable is tightly wrapped with a plastic film, and the interface of the film is sealed with tape. A label is fixed on the side of the cable reel, which is marked with detailed information such as product specifications (3X10+1X6mm²), length, rated voltage, production batch number, production date, manufacturer's name, address and contact information. For steel cable reels, anti-rust paint is sprayed on their surface to prevent rust. Transportation Methods
According to the transportation distance and the quantity of goods, appropriate transportation methods are selected. For short-distance transportation (within 100 kilometers), small trucks are generally used. This transportation method is flexible and convenient, can quickly deliver goods to the destination, and is suitable for the transportation of small-batch and urgent orders.
For medium and long-distance transportation (100-1000 kilometers), large freight trucks are usually used, which have a large loading capacity and relatively low transportation costs, and are suitable for the transportation of medium-batch goods. For long-distance transportation (more than 1000 kilometers) or exported goods, railway transportation or container shipping can be adopted. Railway transportation has good stability and is less affected by weather; container shipping is suitable for large-batch goods transportation with low transportation costs but relatively long transportation time.
Transportation Precautions
During transportation, the cable reel must be fixed firmly. Steel wire ropes, fastening belts, etc. can be used to fix the cable reel in the carriage of the transport vehicle to prevent rolling and collision during driving. When fixing, attention should be paid to uniform force to avoid deformation of the cable reel.
Transport vehicles should try to avoid bumpy roads to reduce the vibration of the cable reel. At the same time, measures should be taken to prevent the cable from being exposed to direct sunlight, rain and snow. If it is transported in the open air, a tarpaulin must be covered. During transportation, it is strictly forbidden to mix the cable with flammable, explosive and corrosive items to avoid pollution and damage to the cable.
When loading and unloading cables, professional loading and unloading equipment such as forklifts and cranes must be used. It is strictly forbidden to manually drag or roll the cable reel. The loading and unloading process should be kept stable to avoid the cable reel colliding with other objects. In case of bad weather during transportation, stop in time to avoid danger and take additional protective measures for the cable.
(III) Shipment
Shipment Process
After the customer places an order, the customer service personnel will check the order information within 2 hours, including product specifications, quantity, receiving address, contact information, etc., to ensure that the information is accurate and correct. After checking, a delivery notice is generated and sent to the warehouse.
After receiving the delivery notice, the warehouse retrieves the corresponding cable products from the inventory according to the order information. The warehouse management personnel count the quantity of products and conduct appearance inspection to confirm that the product packaging is intact, no damage and the marks are clear. After passing the inspection, the products are transported to the shipping area.
The warehouse contacts the cooperative transport company to inform the goods information, transportation requirements and shipping time. When the transport vehicle arrives, the warehouse staff and the driver check the goods information together, go through the goods handover procedures, and assist the driver in loading the cables onto the vehicle. After loading, the warehouse staff fills in the waybill, indicating the goods name, specification, quantity, consignee and consignor information, etc. After shipment, the customer service personnel promptly inform the customer of the waybill number, the contact information of the transport company and the estimated arrival time.
Shipment Time
When the inventory is sufficient, orders placed before 16:00 on the same day can be arranged for shipment on the same day; orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day. If the order quantity is large (more than 30 reels), it is necessary to sort out the inventory and pack in a centralized way, and the shipment time may be delayed by 1 working day.
For orders with special requirements, such as cables with customized specific lengths, additional production and processing time is required, and they are generally shipped within 3-5 working days after the order is confirmed. In case of special circumstances such as holidays and bad weather, the shipment time will be delayed accordingly, and the customer service personnel will communicate with the customer in advance to explain the reason and inform the new shipment time.

Sample Provision
