35kV rated Primary Cable with Aluminum Conductor, TR-XLPE insulation and LLDPE outer sheath. Complies with IEC 60502-2 and GB/T 12706.3 standards. Conductor cross-section range: 50-800mm², continuous operating temperature: 90℃, short-circuit temperature: 250℃ (max 5 seconds).

Manufacturing Process

Produced on CCV (Catenary Continuous Vulcanization) lines using electron-beam crosslinking technology. Strict three-layer co-extrusion process (conductor screen + insulation + insulation screen). Each reel undergoes partial discharge test (≤10pC) and AC voltage test (65kV/30min).
